Dermalogica, Dermalogica …DERMALOGICA you have done it once again. I
squeal in excitement when I get invited to product launches from you. The
ladies there at there are just so lovely and very informative. I always, ALWAYS
learn things when attending a launch.
I also leave there with a
full belly as you always put on great food and drinks.
Picture this, bubbly
flowing freely (or orang juice whatever takes your fancy.) With food platters
coming around regularly filled with rice paper rolls, grilled eggplant, bread
and dips, meat and so much more you don’t know where to start… Or finish.

invited to the Dermalogica salon in the city for the launch of the......
MultiVitamin Power Serum

This new
serum expands Dermalogica’s AGE Smart line with the use of Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (HPR), a
retinoid ester that intercepts the earliest signs of ageing, including photo
damage.
MultiVitamin
Power Serum has been introduced for daytime use, as a counterpart to Overnight
Repair Serum. The new antioxidant-rich formula features vitamins A, C, E
and F to enhance cell-turnover, reduce hyperpigmentation, and ensure a smoother
surface appearance.
The moment
I applied this to the front of my hand for testing I noticed how silky smooth
it just glides on. It also has a really pleasant smell; the most overpowering
smell would be the lavender. Don’t get me wrong I love it, the smell reminds me of taking a
lovely trip up to Daylesford, the smell alone is enough to relax you just that
little bit.
The packaging
is also a favourite of mine, its small and handbag friendly so you can take it
with you where ever you are going and it wont take up the majority of your bag.
The tube may look small but you only need a pea size to do your entire face.
Also if you are using this product once a day like suggested then this tube
should last you up to 2 months or more. I have been using this tube for the
past 2 weeks now, and it doesn’t even look like I have touched the tube.
Some of the ingredients in this Power Serum
are:
Retinoid- Which doesn’t require a prescription like most out on the market. This
helps to Stimulate collagen and Cell renewal.
Next generation Liposome
Tech – delivering high levels of encapsulated Vit A,C,E and MAP
(Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate.) deep into the layers of skin.
Advanced Retinoid- Helps
reduces roughness of the skin.
Powerful Peptites (no
not the type they are using in the AFL :P ) These boost collagen, the
elasticity of the skin and firms it as well.
Retinyl Palmitate, which
is basically a form of Vitamin A.
And the real hero of
this product is the Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate, which is another Retinoid.
So
basically a load of Vitamins and other stuff to help keep that skin looking
young and revived.
