Platypus has brought out an
amazing Summer 2013 collection, which has certainly caught my eye. I am on the
shop for two swimming outfits for my two girls for our first family trip to
QLD. I want something that looks really fashionable and super cute, which these
outfits are. Another thing I like about Platypus Australia is all of their
items are very affordable and can suit almost everybodies budget.
The vibrant collection consists of all the important protective essentials including sunsuits, sunskirts, sunshirts, bike shorts and hats. The innovative fabric is quick drying with a high chlorine resistance and is rated UPF50+ providing maximum protection from the sun’s harmful rays. There are 3 ranges in the collection targeting baby, kids and youth in dynamic colour combinations and eye-catching prints.
Platypus Australia’s Sydney based
designer, Karel Wheen, has taken inspiration from the Australian outdoor
lifestyle and created original designs. “The range represents the fun energy of
an active Aussie lifestyle with emphasis on creating a cool collection which
kids and youths will love but at the same time protect them from sun damage.”
