WIN 1 of 5 Double Passes to the Teenage Expo

Being a teen should be lots of fun, and you shouldn’t take it for granted because before you know you’ll be thrown into the work force and bill piled higher then the Eureka Tower and you will wish for a time like that when you were a teen.
Melbourne has been lucky enough to be blessed with a great expo for teens that aims to be both entertaining and educating.

Thousands of teenagers will once again descend upon the Melbourne Showgrounds for the 2014 Australian Teenage Expo (A.T.E), running over two huge days, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th of August.
Founded by renowned youth experts, Sonya Karras and Sacha Kaluri, A.T.E is an Australian first. Designed as both an entertaining and educational expo to celebrate young people, the popularity of the event is growing year on year with more than 10,000 teens expected to attend this year.
This year’s expo has a stellar line-up which includes: OMAR DEAN, TYLER WILFORD, FRANK DIXON, CYRUS, VIVICA, COURTNEY HALE, KRISHOOL, THANDO & SOLI TESEMA

This year’s event is expected to be even bigger and better; with two ‘schools only’ days on Thursday and Friday from 9am until 3pm, and a huge evening of entertainment, competitions and exhibitors on Thursday from 3pm until 9pm when A.T.E opens its doors to the public.
Sonya and Sacha are thrilled to welcome students back again for the expo’s fourth consecutive year.
“This year it is our mission to educate young people on the topic of potential, and with our huge line up of ambassadors we’re confident we’ll be able to inspire the Victorian youth to chase their dreams,” Sacha said.
“Each of our ambassadors have over come challenges and hurdles to bring them to where they are today, and are all so passionate about now being able to encourage and inspire young Australians to do the same.”
This year teen sensations Omar Dean, Krishool, Thando, Courtney Hale, Soli Tesema, Frank Dixon, Tyler Wilford Cyrus and Vivica have all partnered with A.T.E to educate young people on issues that relate specifically to them.
Sacha said the main objective of A.T.E is to bring together youth from all ages in an environment where they can feel comfortable, safe and be themselves.
“We want to embrace the young generation of today and provide them with everything they need to make the best decisions for them,” she said.
Tickets are $8.50 for kids and $10 for adults, and are available to buy at the gate or online in advance. Doors open to the public on Thursday 28 August at 3pm.
