I
am in love with the Tommee Tippee range that was released not to long ago with
super cute Summer designs. Both my girls are little Summer babes and love the
Summer quite a bit and I am one of these mothers that tend to change their
clothes as well as accessories as the seasons change, which does mean their
drinking tools haha.

Now
when this package arrived my youngest was the first to scream out boooollee
(this is how she says bottle.) Luckily I was given a couple to be able to
review, and my daughter was very happy with this. I thought she would have gone
straight for the pink and orange one as it is her favourite colour but she went
for the blue and green with the boat on it. I am not sexist at all and don’t
believe anything about blue is for boys and pink is for girls as I believe this
is something mankind has made up and is all in the mind. So if either of my
girls want to go with what is labelled as a “boy” product or item of clothing I
will not deny them of it, and of course I will let them use/wear/buy it!!
So
any way the blue and green has a sail boat on it as you would have just heard
and the pink and orange one has a beautiful Hawaiian style flower, which
personally is my favourite of the two.
I
have used these before (not in this design) but I do love these tipper cups as
it teaches your children to tip up a cup without spilling it out all over the
place. I don’t particularly like the sipper cups with the straws for a learning
tool as it is not really teaching the little ones to progress from a bottle to
a cup.
Another
that was sent in the package was

Madison
was never ever a dummy baby and would never hold a dummy in long enough to
soothe her so we never bothered. But my eldest Hayley LOVED her dummy and only
at 2 years of age we were able to wean her off it. It was a big experience for
me trying to find the right dummy and then when I did, I was told it was
probably the worst kind of soother for her and her development when it came to
teething. So it was back to the drawing board for me, but if they had these
back then I would have definitely gone with these.
The
soother also has a great shape, which doesn’t cover the nose area like most did
with Hayley and her tiny face. Being a few weeks premmy and only just clearing
6 pounds it was hard to find a dummy that didn’t take over her face and look
massive.
Madison loves playing Mummies and Baby with her big sister and her Tommee Tippee comforter.
I
do approve of this dummy and if any of you mums use these dummies I would love
to hear about your experiences and thoughts.
